Downing July 4th 1784,
My franking neighbor being still absent, I must annex my order for a L.P. copy of the welsh Tour for Mr Storer. Please to make my Complimts to him & let him know I think it cannot be better bestowed. To morrow I hope to deliver yr treasure (myself to the coach at Chester & dare say you will receive it safe. Moses has put his bill in it. I am selfishly sorry at yr thoughts of travel; but as I mean to make something out of the misfortune, Pray send me yr route: will Paris or Switzerland lie in yr way? I must urge the sem plon for brevity as you do: viz Company.1
