The inclosed will inform you that the box with the 2d part of the Tour was sent this week to your house in Town. Moses will soon form a bill & hopes the whole will meet yr approbation. The first part came safe: & shall be returned at Christmas. a beginning is made to the journey to London. The weather in these parts is dreadful & must add to our calamities. I am
