I am sorry for Bailey’s negligence: but really cannot help it. He is a most remiss man; & I often regretted the employing him.

I beg my best wishes to M^r Low. I beg to have his M.S.S: if ready, & fair by means of M^r White. perhaps he may get a scribe in y^r city. I hope he is concise for that is what the public admire. I long for his drawings which my Servant shall finish this winter. I need not recommend a safe conveyance to M^r White.
