Dear Sir

Thanks for yr kind Letter & presents which I dare say will arrive in good time. I am much obliged to you for the offer of Adairs maps but I have them. I know nothing of Skinner’s outline of the Highlands,1 but will write to Bailey about. I am sorry to see He has made no use of it. Is there no news yet from Mr Low.

I am Dr Sir
Yr most obedt Servt

T. Pennant
