I am obliged to you for y^r favour of the 4^th in^t. & for the sheets of Gal’s Gabions but from p.112 to 145 are wanting. I have printed in the appendix of my 3^d edition what I suppose is an abridged history of Murray by M^r Shaw sent to me by him. So M^r Aulde had best wait till he sees it.

Be so good as to forward the inclosed to M^r Low. I have reason to think his History will sell well.
