Dear Sir
My good woman is much more indifferent to London than myself. her attachment to our two little ones quite supersedes all desires after the Capital.1 She offers me a furlow; but I am so old fashioned that I decline it. I suppose that this year every face will bear the most morose aspect; & that alone will sour the amusements of the town.
You forget that you sent me the letter press of snowdon let into Large paper. on

Moses has all the copies of The Journey to London on L.P. by way of perquisite & will be glad to serve any Gentleman who bespeaks them. for the comfort of posterity his spouse brought him the last week a young Moses.
