Dear Sir

The best way will be to advertise twice in two different papers the Print & the Welsh Tour & Flora Scotica. which will shew that M^r Elliot now is authorised to act for me. He must acc^t to me at Christmas for the Tour at 16^S per copy. the Flora at 12.^S the Prints at 3^S—^D6. for I desire but one reckoning annually. I have ordered 25 Tours to be sent to him by waggon let him procure the Flora by virtue of the inclosed.
