I hope he is not ill. do not trouble you about Lord Hails book. I can get it here readier from London. I thank you for the hint about repetition which shall be fully attended to. The two first volumes of the new edition of Br. Zool are almost printed. I presume it will appear in spring. the q^to will be very handsome.
